An unknown woman, in a case file, is not a woman without a name. She is a woman whose name is filed somewhere else.
Box 4682/10 doesn't belong to my batch. It isn't in 5100-5240 either, or in any current contract: it comes under a 2014 transfer whose processing isn't scheduled before 2029. On its inside flap, the consultation log carries two lines. June 2011, service GAP, three letters. March 2014, contractor, illegible.
I didn't add a third.
The report runs to three sheets, one of them taken up with restating the order that commissioned it. Dated 22 April 2010, signed by a dental surgeon on the list of experts to the Lyon court of appeal, blue ink under a round stamp.
